2007 Coachmen Epic Brand New

Class A Gas MH 35 Ft, with two slide outs. Alison Transmission, Work Horse Chassis. This Unit has never been taken on a trip nor has it ever been used. Brand New only 1900 miles on the mileage indicator. I bought this unit with my husband to travel but unfortunately he past and I can not drive it. This motor home has all leather interior (Almond color) Two exits, which is a great feature to have. It has three seats in cab, carpet still has plastic on the floor. Two TVs Two AC on roof climate controlled. Dining room table and four chairs next to a beautiful arch window. Full bath with vanity across from Bathrm. Kitchen has refrigerator , freezer, conventional microwave,(Bakes like an oven and microwave combo). Specially purchased. Dbl stainless sink, lazy susan plenty of food storage. Sleeps six people. Bedroom has large capacity for clothing, with TV in bedroom. Satellites on the roof.
Outside has full canopy around the motor home and outside entertainment center. Camera for backup monitor screen in cab on dash for easy backup.
Generator , full hoses , and plugs for camping. Leveling jacks.
There is so much to list it's fully loaded and absolutely mint. Must see. This Motor Home was purchased for 139,000 and if you invest in this you will always be able to get back your money.
